The Mapex MPX Snare Drum is a maple snare drum that sounds as good as it looks.

Made from a 6.5mm Maple shell this Mapex MPX Snare Drum will suit any kind of music. It can easily be cranked up for a snappy sound, or tuned down if you prefer a deeper tone. Wooden drums tend to be more mellow and warmer in tone than steel and not so aggressive.

Finished in a handsome lacquered Black Maple with chrome hardware and fitted with Remo Drumheads as standard and a fully adjustable throw off, your drumming is set to take off!
