Delivery Information
All orders are sent as promptly as possible using a courier delivery service, except for some smaller items which are sent using Royal Mail. Orders are usually dispatched on the same working day if you place your order before 1pm and use the Express option, although this cannot be absolutely guaranteed.
We rely on the services of third party couriers, and whilst we endeavour to deliver goods as stated there are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to perform the service that they are required to. This happens rarely, but because it does occur, albeit occasionally, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item.
All orders sent via DHL or Hermes must be signed for, so please ensure that someone is in to receive your order on the day that it is due. We will let you know by e-mail once we have dispatched your order. If your order is not delivered because no-one is available to sign for it then it may be returned to us as undelivered. If this occurs then you will have to pay for the goods to be re-delivered. Your item will be left with a neighbour if you are not in by default. If you do not require this then please state that you do not want it to be left with your neighbour when you place the order.
Standard Delivery via Hermes may take up to 3-4 working days to arrive. Express Delivery via DHL or Royal Mail will usually be delivered the next working day but cannot be absolutely guaranteed. Saturday does not count as a working day, so if you place an order on a Friday it will not be delivered until the following Monday even if you use Express Delivery.
The above applies to all UK delivery locations other than the UK remote locations and islands, and to Northern Ireland. These locations may take longer.
If you order an item which is on display in the showroom then please allow an extra day for delivery, as the item will have to be re-packaged before dispatch. If an item is on display then this will usually be mentioned in the product description.
Orders with a total net value of over £99.00 are FREE for most of mainland UK. The exceptions are some parts of Scotland including North Ayrshire, Highlands, the Islands (sometimes including the Isle of Wight) and Northern Ireland. For these locations you will be shown the delivery rates when you arrive at the Checkout pages. Free delivery may not apply to large items such as bass drum cases which are expensive to ship.
Where Free Delivery is applicable, the order will be sent by 72-hour courier or Second Class Royal Mail, at our discretion.
Free Delivery only applies to orders to be sent to the UK Mainland excluding the Highlands and Islands, which includes North Ayrshire.
For orders totalling £99.00 or less, different charges may apply for United Kingdom deliveries depending on the exact delivery location. During the ordering process, you will be able to select your delivery option according to your location. You may be able to use courier or Royal Mail (1st or 2nd Class) delivery depending on where you live.
You can choose to collect your order in-store which will incur no delivery charge. You must contact us prior to visiting our store to confirm your order is ready for collection.
