Unlike coated heads, Remo's clear drumheads have a bright attack but the same excellent durability. The Clear Ambassador heads are medium-weight heads made with a single ply 10-mil Mylar film to produce an open, bright, and resonant sound with plenty of attack. Remo Ambassador heads are the industry standard for both live and recording situations and It's easy to see (and hear) why!
